Recipe
- BBQ sauce (your choice)
- Chicken wings
- Brown sugar
- Pepper
- Garlic Salt
- Cayenne Pepper
- Honey
- Cooking oil (I used a mix of Olive oil and corn oil)
- Corn starch or flour (you can mix like I did)
- Jerk seasoning (just a little pinch)
Clean chicken wings then coat in seasoned flour or cornstarch. Heat oil to medium high. Add chicken and let fry until golden brown. When finished frying, let fried chicken dry and soak up excess oil on a paper towel.
Prepare honey bbq sauce. Add barbeque sauce in mixing bowl with honey, a little garlic salt, brown sugar, a pinch of cayenne, jerk seasoning (optional) and pepper. Mix together of course ;-)
Add fried chicken in honey bqq sauce mix, coat thoroughly and set each piece aside in serving plate.
Now you are done!
Enjoy :-)
